Discount Sales
Our return & exchange policy does not apply to any discounted product(s). Once purchased, discount items cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is available for purchases made during promotional or campaign periods.
Exchange
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not turn out as expected. That’s why SeeShell offers an exchange policy designed to support your needs.
For Orders Shipped Within Bangladesh
If you're not fully satisfied with the product you bought, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date to any SeeShell outlet, along with your receipt or online order invoice, and we will gladly exchange the product.

The new product must be of equal or higher value than the one being exchanged.

If the new product has a higher price, the difference must be paid.

Alternatively, you can ship the product to our e-commerce warehouse, and we’ll issue you a store credit for future online purchases.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened, damaged, or returned without a receipt may be denied an exchange.
We will provide store credit equivalent to the product price and VAT once the item is physically received.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For Orders Shipped Outside of Bangladesh
Currently, exchanges are possible only if the product is physically returned to any SeeShell outlet in Bangladesh within 3 months of purchase.

Items must be returned by a friend, family member, or during your own visit to Bangladesh.

Once received, the item can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. If you encounter any issue with your order, we are here to make it right.
A product qualifies for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

Major quality defects

Damaged during shipment

Wrong product, size, or color

Product lost in shipment
You must notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
We will assist you in processing the return and resolving the issue.
For all successful returns, we will either:

Reship the correct product (subject to availability), or

Issue a store credit for future purchases.
