Due to Bangladesh’s laws on shippable items, product fragility, and other limitations, not all SeeShell products available in physical stores will be found online.

• Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) for our local webstore and converted for respective international webstores where delivery is available.

• Some products shown online may also be available in SeeShell stores across Bangladesh, subject to stock.

• Prices, promotions, and product availability may vary between online and in-store.

• International pricing differs to reflect regional business costs.

i. Handcrafted Products

SeeShell products are handcrafted, which means minor variations between the online photo and the actual product may occur.

ii. Product Availability

Due to their handcrafted nature, products are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. We aim to remove out-of-stock items promptly but occasionally, a product may be unavailable due to quality or stock issues.

iii. Colours

While every effort is made to display colors accurately, device screen variations may affect what you see.

iv. Pricing

If a product is mistakenly listed at the wrong price due to technical or typographical errors, SeeShell reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that price.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per Bangladeshi law.

v. Payment and Credit Note

SeeShell may cancel any order, whether confirmed or not, within 14 working days of placement. If you’ve already paid, SeeShell will refund the charged amount or issue a credit note.

vi. Shipping and Processing Fees

Shipping and processing charges cover shipping partners' fees, product handling, packaging, and delivery. Risk of loss/damage passes to the shipping partner. You will be compensated if a product is lost or damaged.
